In this role the successful candidate will work alongside the contract managers to assist with pricing home maintenance and adaptation works. This will be a field-based role with site travel across London and the home counties. There will be the need for occasional office visits to Enfield as well.

The Person: Quantity surveying background Experienced working with Schedules of Rates, in particular NHF 6.2 Experience working within the construction and/or engineering sector Full driving license Happy to travel as well as occasional attend the office in Enfield
