This role is from a reputable brickwork company in the North London area. We are looking for a
Quantity Surveyor
with
BRICK and BLOCK experience/knowledge
specifically. A subcontracting background is also required, along with the ability to perform estimations and fulfill the usual requirements to get the job done.
The candidate will be predominantly office-based but will need to conduct site visits where necessary.
This is a fast-paced position, so the ideal candidate must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good organizational skills and knowledge of industry suppliers will be useful.
Salary is negotiable based on experience.
