Aldermaston, Berkshire The Role Are you a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a strong track record of successful cost and contract management? Are you looking for an opportunity to work on exciting architectural fit-out projects in the MOD sector? Space Interior Systems Ltd is looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join our Strategic Works Division. In this role, you will: Provide cost forecasts, estimates, and reports. Prepare and manage contract documentation. Oversee cost control and risk management. Work closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery. This role is based in Aldermaston/Tadley, with occasional site visits. Key Responsibilities: Manage procurement processes, including subcontractor selection and supplier negotiations. Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and cost reporting. Ensure compliance with contracts, including NEC, and regulatory requirements. Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost-effective solutions. Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression. An inclusive culture where every voice matters and creativity flourishes. The Person We re looking for someone with: A minimum of 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction. Knowledge of NEC contracts (desirable but not essential). Strong estimating, cost management, and forecasting skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and contract documentation preparation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Please note

The nature of our work does mean you need to be a British Citizen who has been resident in the UK for the past 10 years in order to apply for Clearance.
