Joining a forwarding thinking employer who have been recognised with a number of awards! Seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable quantity surveyor or senior quantity surveyor to join their team. Reporting to the Commercial Director whilst overseeing 2 projects, typically sites range from 60 – 100 + units.
You will take full commercial responsibility for the sites including - subcontractor management, financial reporting, cost control, variations and payment recommendations, valuations, identifying risk, CVR reporting and final account etc.
The company in question are a cash positive business, with an excellent pipeline of secured work due to start and several live sites. They maintain an excellent reputation in the market for managing their supplychainfairly and ethically.
Applicants should possess the following experience and attributes:
A housing development background is essential with either a contractor or developer.
