We are looking to recruit an intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team who are based across several offices in the Southwest. They are flexible regarding which office you work out of, as this will be a mixture of office and site working.
Ideally, you will have a background in Water, Civils, or Utilities, but they are open to reviewing candidates with experience in all sectors.
For this role, you will primarily cover repair works and work from a schedule of rates with pre-agreed rates.

Managing Subcontractor packages
Valuations & Variations
CVRs Measurements & final accounts
Candidate Requirements
Experience working on projects ranging from 500k to 2m
Experience using SAGE 200 for reporting desired
Full driving License
On offer is a salary up to 45,000 + car allowance, 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), and cashback benefits for healthcare.
