The Role - Quantity Surveyor - Facade
My client is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team in Essex. Reporting into the Head of Commercial, you will:
Estimate, prepare, and submit detailed cost plans, bills of quantities, and other tender documents.
Identify, evaluate, and prepare variations to the contract.
Prepare and submit monthly valuations and invoices for works completed.
Have excellent knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
