This ambitious and growing Chartered Surveying company specializes in large commercial projects. The business focuses on delivering quality service to their clientele and has ambitious growth plans to extend their offering in the future. As part of these plans, the business is recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their highly motivated team.
In this role, you will work closely with the team assisting with project cost estimates, preparing tender packs, conducting feasibilities, and performing contract administration. You will be encouraged to expand your knowledge and skillset through self-development, mentorship from senior staff, and a dedicated CPD budget.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with an eagerness to develop and progress their career. You will hold a full UK driving license and have your own vehicle.
