We are currently recruiting for our client who is a leading interior fit out contractor who predominantly operates within the retail, leisure, commercial, and residential sectors.
They service a broad range of blue-chip clients and are now looking for a
Quantity Surveyor (fit out)
to join the team on a permanent basis. The successful applicant will be required to look after a major supermarket account, which is one of the business's most important clients. This role will be predominantly based out of the North West London office. The client is happy to accommodate remote working, however, working patterns will be discussed further at interview. Very competitive packages are on offer for the right individuals. Skills and Requirements:
BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent 2+ years' experience as a quantity surveyor within a similar type of fit out contractor Ideally previous experience working within the retail sector (fast-paced/large volume) Strong IT, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Happy to undertake site visits when required Multi-tasker who remains calm and effective under pressure Car driver - desirable Working references - required If interested, please click "Apply" to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
