are seeking to appoint a quantity surveyor to join our growing team. We are a Folkestone based construction company, undertaking a broad range of commercial construction projects. Our works are predominantly strip out, refurbishment and fit out in nature. Our clients range from Universities, shopping centres, light industrial to housing associations and many others. Project values range from £50,000 to £1m. The successful candidate would be based at our offices in Folkestone. Key Responsibilities: Manage day to day commercial and contractual activities. Place orders with sub contractors. Negotiate challenges and variations. Support the preparation of interim and final accounts. Produce CVR’s. Individual Requirements: Proven experience within the construction industry in this role. Good broad knowledge of construction. Ability to work clearly and accurately under pressure. Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and organisation skills. Good level of Maths, English and IT. Full UK Driving license. Attractive package including good salary and benefits.
