Peace Recruitment are working with a large public sector organisation based near Glasgow to source an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a large team.

You will be part of the design and technical team and doing a traditional quantity surveying role, including procurement and contract management. You will primarily be working on housing projects.

The role will be ongoing and likely longer than 12 months. They are currently operating a hybrid working model with a mix of working from home, office and visiting sites. As you will be working multiple sites, a driver's license is required for this role.

This role is inside IR35. The hourly rate will be between £28 and £34 per hour depending on pay type and experience. They typically work a 35 hour working week but would consider part-time.
