Our client is a well-known and well-established multi-disciplined main contractor that carries out a range of construction projects up to £25 million typically. Due to ongoing growth throughout the region, they have approached us with the requirement to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis. Projects can be wide and varied in nature, including offices, large residential developments, care homes, retail units, schools, and hospitals.
This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor with the following skills, experience, and background:
A proven background in main contracting
Resides within commutable distance of the Bristol area
Experience of projects £1 million plus
Ideally experience of fit-out, refurbishment, and/or build schemes with recognized main contractors.
