One of the largest Defence projects in the UK is looking to bring on board a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor for a long term contract role.

Quantity Surveyor Location
Glasgow (Hybrid) Contract length
6 Months (up to 2 years extension) Pay Rate
Up To £40 hour Qualifications & Responsibilities Required:
Quantity Surveying (Post-Contract & Commercial Experience) NEC and Nuclear sectors knowledge and experience Provide a full range of Quantity Surveying duties from project inception through to completion. Prepare cost plans, estimates, bills of quantities, tender documents, and assess supply chain payments. Provide services during the construction phase including change management, contractor payment applications, and final accounts. Prepare data and reports according to required time scales for line management and clients. Collaborate with other service teams to deliver integrated client services. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Key Skills:
BSc in Quantity Surveying Experience in Nuclear projects Proficient in NEC contracts Knowledgeable about methods of measurement Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication skills across all levels
