Oversee commercial management of contracts, including terms and conditions, monthly valuations, and cost reporting. Collaborate with the Commercial Manager, Finance Department, and Contract Management team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts. Perform cost analysis, risk management, and value engineering. Manage procurement processes and tender documentation. Administer contracts, including preparation, negotiation, and management of variations. Monitor project costs against budgets and provide regular financial updates. Advise on contractual matters and ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Collaborate with project teams to ensure financial parameters are met. Foster relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants. Qualifications and Skills: Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes. Excellent analytical and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Professional accreditation (RICS, CIOB, etc.) is desirable but not essential.
