ABOUT THE ROLE Our client is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a Groundwork and civil engineering package for Data Centre projects in Mons, Belgium. This role will involve the usual commercial management duties of civil, groundworks and reinforced concrete (RC) frame packages. The successful professional will report to the commercial manager for Europe. Individual package values range from €5 million up to €25 million. REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in working with Civil, RC Frame and Groundwork packages is a must for this position. You should be able to demonstrate skills developed with a civil engineering or RC Frame and groundwork contractor. A Degree within Quantity Surveying is required. 2+ years experience with a Civil or RC Frame and Groundwork contractor. An EU Passport or right to work in Belgium is a must for this position.
