£45,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance + Package
A trusted and established firm specializing in residential, commercial, and industrial projects is looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. Turnover stands at £20m currently, with plans to grow toward £100m. The Commercial Director has a strong track record of success in this journey.
The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will manage the commercial aspects of construction projects, ensuring they stay within budget and are delivered on time. Key responsibilities include:
Preparing cost estimates and managing project budgets. Assisting with tendering, procurement, and subcontractor management. Administering contracts, including valuations and final accounts. Producing regular cost reports and assisting with project forecasting.
Key Requirements: 3-5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in construction. Experience with residential, commercial, or industrial projects. Strong knowledge of construction contracts (JCT, NEC). Excellent communication and organisational skills.
