Package: Up to £60,000 basic salary DOE Car allowance 20 days holiday + BH Company pension scheme Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate project estimates, budgets, and forecasts. Conduct cost analysis, feasibility studies, and value engineering assessments. Identify and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors. Draft, review, and manage contracts, ensuring risks are minimized and value maximized. Track project costs and progress to ensure alignment with financial plans. Prepare interim valuations, cost reports, and final accounts. Coordinate with project managers, designers, and other team members. Maintain effective communication with clients to meet their expectations. Ensure adherence to industry standards, company policies, and legal frameworks. Proactively identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. Key Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Proven experience in quantity surveying, ideally in commercial interiors or construction. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations. Proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
