Managing all project costs from pitch to completion. Inspecting and valuing completed work. Authorising sub-contractor applications and payments. Making Variation orders. Conducting meetings with the client about any issues onsite. Developing strong relationships with clients and sub-contractors. Preparation of interim valuations and final accounts as per contractual deadlines in connection with live projects, for the client's approval. Assist in the production of cost value reports and forecast cash recovery and ensure that both are kept in line with the target. Monitoring project progress. What you will receive:

A degree or HND/HNC in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. Ability to show previous experience gained in working on infrastructure projects. Great verbal and written communication skills.
