Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with expertise in refurbishment projects? We're recruiting for a key role supporting healthcare refurbishment works in Bromley and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on critical projects that ensure the modernization and improvement of healthcare facilities, such as hospitals, clinics, and health centres.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a skilled and proactive Quantity Surveyor with: 5+ years' experience in refurbishment projects, ideally within the refurbishment sector or similar. Strong commercial management skills, including cost and value processes and supply chain engagement. A qualification in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering. Proficiency with Excel and Word. A full UK driving license - this role will involve travel to healthcare sites across Bromley and the surrounding region.

What You'll Be Doing

Your key responsibilities will include: Pricing works using the contract's schedule of rates. Managing early warnings, compensation events, and quotations. Overseeing contracts and subcontractor payments. Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare stakeholders and supply chain partners. Ensuring compliance with healthcare facility standards and regulations. Identifying and managing financial risks effectively.
