An excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a rapidly expanding commercial construction company holding an autonomous role with great progression opportunities. Due to their growing order book, they are looking to bring a Quantity Surveyor into the business to help support the next phase of growth. In this role, you will be responsible for estimating a range of commercial and residential projects consisting of refurbishment, maintenance, and new build works. You will work in a small commercial team tasked with supporting all commercial activities, with some site travel & hybrid working available once trained. The ideal candidate will have a Quantity Surveying background who has previously worked on Commercial or Residential projects, you will have a can-do attitude and a desire to pick up new skills to support the project delivery.
