Kent, Sussex We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading top tier main contractor delivering a major highways framework in Kent and East Sussex. Working from their office & depot, you’ll be joining a busy, professional team with a business that can offer career progression and personal development. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working closely with the existing commercial team on a variety of duties on this fast-paced contract. Some of your responsibilities will include: Processing payments for subcontractors Pricing variations Task orders Preparing details for monthly CVR’s Resolving payment enquiries Quantity Surveyors considering this position will need to have: Experience working on highways maintenance and civil engineering projects Familiar with the NEC suite of contracts Excellent communication skills In return, the Quantity Surveyor can expect a platform for career development that includes yearly pay & performance reviews and the support of an experienced and approachable senior management team.
