We are working with a Restoration specialist primarily working for high net worth clients. They provide construction repair solutions for both domestic and commercial environments across London and the home counties. Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contracts & Commercial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating construction project costs, crafting comprehensive proposals, and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless project management. Additionally, you will create and manage project plans, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site surveys for potential new projects and manage the tendering process. Prepare building control and planning permission applications. Develop and supply tenders and tender acceptance forms. Prepare certificates of payment and handle invoicing. Create pre-construction project programmes using Team Gantt software. Develop site schedules of works and manage project variations. Develop and manage comprehensive CDM's and CPP's. Ensure health and safety compliance and manage RAMS creation, including COSHH regulations. Plan project costs, variations, and forecasts, including generating interim valuations. Manage multiple projects from conception to completion. Procure and manage materials for projects. Draft and manage supply agreements with subcontractors. Create client finishes and decorating specification sheets. Generate plumbing, electrical, and BT/TV reports. Create progress reports to accompany interim valuations. Maintain and develop business relationships with clients. Manage quality assurance. Liaise closely with site managers. Qualifications:

Proven experience in estimating and project coordinating within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to create detailed reports and documentation. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Skills:

Attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Team-oriented professional attitude. Excellent problem-solving skills.
