About the Company: My client is a successful and expanding developer house builder, celebrating a decade of delivering high-quality homes on developments ranging from 100 to 400 units. With ambitious growth plans, they are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team and play a key role in the company's continued success. The Opportunity: Are you a Quantity Surveyor with experience in house building? If so, we want to talk to you! This role offers excellent career potential, with a clear path for growth as the company expands. Based near Wakefield, you'll be central to the commercial success of multiple high-spec projects, building your career as you help drive the company forward. Key Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of the financial and contractual management of projects from inception to completion. Work closely with site teams to optimise costs and ensure efficient procurement. Produce accurate cost reports, forecasts, and manage budgets effectively. Oversee valuations, measurements, and variations to ensure project profitability. Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities. What You'll Bring:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with a background in house building. Strong commercial acumen and thorough understanding of construction contracts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and team collaboration skills. Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with a passion for quality. Relevant degree or professional qualification (e.g., RICS) is a plus. Remuneration Package:
