Our client is looking for an experienced Residential Quantity Surveyor to join the team on residential new build projects across the West Midlands, focusing on 10 - 20 million new build housing schemes.
Knowledge of subcontractors in and around the Shropshire / Wolverhampton areas would be a distinct advantage.
Responsibilities:
Procurement of materials for the site Procurement of plant for the site Procurement of all subcontractor packages for the site Tendering and analysis of quotations accordingly Producing cost plans & detailed appraisals with betterment and monitoring monthly Monitoring programme and cash flow Monthly valuations Agreeing and certifying sub-contract payment for works invoices to clients This role is an immediate and urgent requirement for the right candidate.
