Involve Recruitment is in search of a Quantity Surveyor for our client, a leading New Build and Commercial refurbishment & fitout contractor. We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join the team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing all costs relating to projects and ensuring they are completed within budget. Responsibilities: Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities Evaluate and negotiate contract terms Track changes to the design and construction work Conduct cost analysis and provide cost forecasts Manage project finances and ensure financial records are accurate Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success Requirements: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control Excellent numerical and analytical skills Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field Professional accreditation is desirable This position offers a competitive salary depending on experience and an attractive package, as well as great opportunities for internal progression.
