are actively working with a Drylining Contractor based in West Yorkshire who are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their business. Basic Salary:
Circa £30,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Annual Leave:
31 days including bank holidays Life Assurance Pension Contributions:
3% employee contributions Job Role & Responsibilities Manage Labour Costs on Site:
Oversee and control labour expenses. Subcontractor Wages:
Ensure timely and accurate wage payments. Payment Applications:
Prepare and submit payment applications. Cost Value Reports:
Compile and analy
s
e cost value reports. Budget Management:
Ensure projects are completed within budget. Collaboration:
Work closely with the commercial team and directors. Company Details Experience:
Over 20 years of trading. Culture:
Family feel with long-term working relationships. Projects:
Work on commercial projects such as schools and hospitals. Knowledge/Experience Experience:
Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor. Specialization:
Drylining or subcontract experience. Education:
Preferably degree educated. Skills:
Good IT and numerical skills. License:
Full UK driving license
