Sale Group is seeking a full-time, permanent Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial progression of multiple commercial fit-out projects for Mechanical and Public Health Services. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager and Directors, you will work closely with our wider project teams to ensure projects are delivered on budget and to the highest standards.
About You
Experience : Minimum 5 years as a Quantity Surveyor in the commercial fit-out sector. Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, cost reporting, budget forecasting, and managing project finances. Expertise : Familiarity with contract documentation, valuation preparation, and variation agreements. Key Responsibilities
Prepare budget estimates, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts. Administer contracts, issue relevant notices, and evaluate tender submissions. Submit and agree on monthly valuations, variations, and final accounts. Procure supplier and sub-contractor packages to meet project targets. Manage sub-contractor contracts and resolve disputes if they arise. Represent Sale Group professionally in client meetings, ensuring positive relationships and commercial outcomes.
