We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team focussing on subcontract projects. This role will focus on managing the commercial aspects of our subcontracting packages, ensuring profitable and successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit accurate and timely subcontract tenders. Negotiate and agree subcontract agreements with suppliers. Monitor subcontract performance and manage any potential issues. Prepare and submit interim valuations and final accounts. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Provide commercial support to project managers and site teams. Occasionally visit sites to assess progress and resolve any on-site issues. Contribute to continuous improvement within the commercial department. Essential Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry. Strong understanding of subcontract law and procedures. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in relevant software packages (e.g., Excel, estimating software). Ability to work effectively within a team and independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Benefits:
