Quantity Surveyor A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to advance your career with this great housing developer. About the role of Quantity Surveyor This role of Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing the commercial aspects of each development. This includes managing and reporting the costs for each site and ensuring that targets are met by managing and controlling the budgets and valuations. The responsibilities of a Quantity Surveyor Produce draft budgets and site start budgets Produce quarterly valuations Complete on-site measurements and assess payments to contractors Manage specific aspects of the project's commercial activities like managing contracts with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
