Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of water-related projects, ranging in value from £25k to £200M, under the AMP7 framework. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying and be a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in managing costs, preparing valuations, and working with NEC contracts. Familiarity with SAP and strong commercial acumen are essential for this role. Looking for people with water experience: (clean water, waste water) Skills: Degree in Quantity Surveying Chartered Quantity Surveyor status Experience with projects ranging from £25k to £200M Strong knowledge of NEC contracts Proficiency in SAP Excellent cost management skills Ability to prepare and assess valuations Strong communication and negotiation skills Proactive approach to risk management Excellent organisational skills Software/Tools: SAP Certifications & Standards: Chartered Quantity Surveyor status
