A leading rail organisation is seeking an experienced

Quantity Surveyor

to administer NEC4 contracts for Hard FM, CET Maintenance, and Cleaning and Waste Management services. You will lead supplier reviews, negotiate with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, and ensure compliance, performance, and commercial interests are maintained. Strong contractual writing, attention to detail, and negotiation skills are essential. Requirements:

Proven experience with NEC4 contracts. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Details:

Hybrid working: 4 days on-site, 1 day from home. Start: February 2025. Pre-assignment drug/alcohol tests and medical clearance required.
