Quantity Surveyor (to take on two/three projects) Projects ranging from £1m to £5m in central London Involvement in Cut & Carve, Demolition, structural alterations, strip out This company has found a niche, targeting and focusing on projects around £4m/£5m that ordinarily are too large/complex for subcontractors and too small for the tier one enabling/demolition contractors. There's a huge amount of specialist, highly profitable work at this level across central London, working as a principal contractor directly for clients/consultants. While you don't necessarily need demolition/enabling experience, you will need experience with projects in central London, largely due to the unique nature and complexity/challenges.
