An exclusive opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a landmark, multi-billion pound Nuclear project with our client, a specialist Civil Engineering and Environmental contractor.
This role offers amazing scope to take on Commercial agency whilst working alongside one of the UK's leading engineering contractors shaping the future of Britain, providing reliable and low-carbon power for 6 million homes.
The role will be ideal for a QS that has a general understanding of the NEC3 contract and has previously managed direct costs and self-delivered works although training can be provided. You don't need to have prior marine or civil experience but similar industries would be advantageous. Developing the team is key to our client; if you are currently working towards your HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying, they are able to and keen to support in any way that may help.
If you are currently utilising your Quantity Surveying skills with a JCT Contract but would like exposure to the NEC Contract, this is an excellent role to gain that experience.
