We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the team. You will be responsible for providing expert cost management and commercial advice on a variety of projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with high-profile clients and contribute to the successful delivery of challenging and rewarding projects.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents. Managing project finances and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Conducting risk, value management, and cost-benefit analysis. Advising on contractual and procurement strategies. Liaising with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure projects meet financial objectives. Preparing and presenting detailed progress and financial reports. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Ideal Applicant Requirements

RICS Chartered Surveyor or actively working towards RICS Chartership (APC Pathway). Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or property sectors. Ideally experienced in working for a Consultancy, though not essential. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost management. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently. Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., CostX, MS Excel).
