Quantity Surveyor

to join our successful Structures Subterranean division on a 12 month FTC. Working on our Asset Management structures portfolio, you will aid in the management of pre planned maintenance schemes, reactive and ad hoc work. You will be working on prestigious major structures and minor works projects, managing all commercial activities and overseeing the change control process. This is a permanent, full time position based in Central London. The duties of the Quantity Surveyor role will include: Performing risk, value management and cost control activities to benefit the contract Leading and driving the procurement strategy including cost value analysis and procurement of sub-contractors Maintaining awareness of different contracts in current use, ensuring all current legislations and document control is adhered to Monitoring and reporting forecast against cost and value and the management of cashflow Overseeing and managing the commercial team on your contracts and supporting their development What skills and experience do you need? We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated

Quantity Surveyor

with previous experience working in the construction or highways industry. You will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent and you will have excellent knowledge of JCT, ICE and NEC contracts. A CSCS card is essential for this role. What benefits will you receive?
