As a result of continued and sustained growth, they are seeking to recruit a full time and permanent experienced Quantity Surveyor who will be required to play a critical role in managing project costs and ensuring profitability. You will oversee the financial planning, procurement and cost control to ensure successful project delivery. Requirements for a Quantity Surveyor:

Preparing detailed cost estimates, budgets and tenders. Conducting site visits and monitoring project progress to manage costs effectively. Overseeing procurement of materials and subcontractor services. Analysing and negotiating contracts to ensure value for money. Ensuring all work is carried out in line with company policies and industry standards. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor. An understanding of construction processes and techniques. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in relevant software.
