Location: London

Salary: £40,000 - £53,000 (Basic Salary)

Are you a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with experience in reactive repairs and voids projects within the social housing sector? Join a leading Tier 1 Principal Contractor and play a key role in delivering high-quality contracts that make a difference in the community.

What You'll Be Doing

Drive Project Excellence:

Support the project team by ensuring key contractual obligations and strategies are executed and regularly reviewed. Cost Management:

Prepare and submit monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) and progress reports to maintain cost efficiency and maximize value. Tender Strategies:

Apply internal and external tender strategies to achieve planned profit targets. Valuations & Cash Flow:

Collaborate with stakeholders to agree on external valuations and optimize project cash flow. Subcontractor Oversight:

Manage subcontract procurement, measurements, valuations, and issue contractual instructions, ensuring health and safety compliance. Account Finalization:

Work closely with the Commercial Manager to finalize main and subcontract accounts.

What We're Looking For Experience:

3+ years of experience working on reactive and voids projects. Technical Expertise:

Strong knowledge of SOR Codes and PPP/PPV contracts. Commitment to Quality:
