Ridgeway & Co are proud to be partnering with a leading Main contractor in Enfield to find an experienced Quantity Surveyor. This is an opportunity for a skilled professional to join a dynamic team with a competitive salary of up to £80,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience. The role will be solely based within the London region.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects. Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to ensure project viability. Monitor project costs, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Collaborate with project teams to ensure projects stay within budget. Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. Conduct site visits to assess project progress and identify cost-saving opportunities. Prepare and submit progress payment claims to clients. Assist in resolving disputes or claims related to costs or variations. Stay informed about industry trends and regulations related to quantity surveying.

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in Quantity Surveying. Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in cost estimation techniques and relevant software. In-depth knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
