A leading and growing cost consultancy is looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their team in Central London, Farringdon.
The Role of the Quantity Surveyor:
The Quantity Surveyor will join a young, ambitious, and hard-working team of 70 Quantity Surveyors in London. The company specializes in commercial projects, mainly working on CAT A and CAT B fit-outs, including cut and carve projects. However, their QS team also supports various sectors, including: Education Healthcare Hotels Leisure Mixed-use Offices Public Buildings Residential Science
You will be responsible for running a range of projects from inception to completion with support from an MRICS qualified Partner.
The company offers excellent APC support with an internal APC team to plan your training program and monitor your progress.
Minimum Requirements: BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree Preferably MRICS Experience within the built environment Experience within a private practice/consultancy Strong pre and post contract knowledge
