Quantity Surveyor London A leading Electrical Contractor operating mainly in the Healthcare and Education sectors requires a Quantity Surveyor to work on projects mainly in South London and the Southeast. With a high workload and some significant recent wins, the Company seeks preferably a Degree Qualified Quantity Surveyor to work on several recently won projects for three London-based NHS Trusts. The successful applicant will take projects from inception through to final account and be responsible for all the commercial aspects of the projects ensuring effective administration, cost control, and communication throughout. Quantity Surveyor Requirements

Over 3 years construction Quantity Surveying experience preferably M&E Knowledge of building appropriate Scope of Works documents and Bills of Quantities Experience in tender and subcontract account processes Organised with sharp financial and cost management skills Understanding of JCT forms of contract. Client facing and with excellent communication skills On Offer for the Quantity Surveyor
