This long-term project, currently in the preconstruction phase, will create over 900 new homes across the next decade, alongside two parks, pedestrian-friendly streets, and a community center. As part of this ambitious initiative, you’ll work closely with Construction, Technical, and Cost Planning teams to deliver quality packages on time and within budget.
Your Role:
Oversee the procurement of a variety of internal and external construction packages in line with tender schedules. Manage the commercial aspects of the project, including package management, CVRs, and cash flow forecasting. Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors. Collaborate with the site team to ensure seamless delivery of construction packages. Utilize your expertise in payment systems and Excel to support project operations effectively.
