All duties required by the commercial department or project team, to ensure successful setup and running of the Project in compliance with all company standards.

With other members of the team, produce and provide accurate forecasts of project cost to completion and final value. Continually monitor projected costs to completion in line with budget. Ensure that necessary interface information between customer, sub-contractors and other departments is provided in a timely manner. Monitor cash flow and valuation plan, ensuring applications are made correctly and in a timely manner. Ensure contract variations are identified, valued and turned into agreed variation orders with the customer in a timely manner. Assist in ensuring effective records are maintained to support claims and that applications for payment for variations are issued in a timely manner. Ensure that each sub-contractor's account is managed strictly in accordance with their terms and conditions. Ensure that any insurance claims are notified in accordance with the Project requirements and that appropriate data is compiled for insurance claims. Assist the Project Control team in arranging and undertaking project reviews and issue of associated reports. Provide accurate monthly reporting of cost and value on the project. Ensure compliance with BMS. Meet with your clients representative as and when required. Take responsibility for ensuring inputting of Applications and invoices (recording accurately) onto the project accounts system (where applicable) including payment certificates. Take responsibility for ensuring inputting of Sub-Contractor Certificates on the project accounting system and ensuring the accuracy of information being recorded. Take responsibility for the provision of and copying substantiation for project change and/or costs. Take responsibility for the accuracy and timely manner with administration of the Project accounting/Reporting system. At all times act in a professional manner toward internal and external contacts in keeping with the project reputation and image. Assist with compiling and closing out Final Accounts. Ensure your project team understand the Contract conditions and requirements. Collate where necessary information for financial audits.

Essential experience:

Heavy Civils, NEC and Subcontract management.

This position is a Site based role.
