The Role
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial aspects of retail refurbishment projects. Reporting directly to the Managing Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing Construction Management Contracts.
Managing Collateral Warranties and JCT Contracts.
Procuring and managing trade packages.
Conducting cash flow forecasting.
Preparing monthly valuations and managing variations/Final Accounts (FA).
Providing weekly commercial reports and updates.
Attending weekly design and progress meetings.
Supporting projects with new-build commercial construction expertise.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Degree-qualified in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in warehouse construction is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of construction management and contract administration.
Familiarity with JCT contracts and collateral warranties.
Excellent team player with a proactive and professional attitude.
Ideally based in or around London.
