One of our award-winning clients who are a building and project consultancy are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Cost Management team in London, to work on a range of innovative projects.
As leading chartered building surveyors for both commercial & residential properties, they provide advisory, fire safety, compliance and project-led services at every stage of a building's life cycle.
Duties of the role will include: Estimating and cost planning. Producing tender documents and bills of quantities, preparing contract documents, and conducting valuations and reviewing variations. Producing monthly cost reports, preparing financial reports for clients, and managing contract administration. Playing an active role in conducting and contributing to client meetings.
Remuneration is up to £40,000 dependent on experience, plus bonus and excellent benefits.
