Duties of the role will include: Estimating and cost planning. Producing tender documents and bills of quantities, preparing contract documents, and conducting valuations and reviewing variations. Producing monthly cost reports, preparing financial reports for clients, and managing contract administration. Playing an active role in conducting and contributing to client meetings.
Remuneration is up to £40,000 dependent on experience, plus bonus and excellent benefits.
