We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of both residential and commercial projects. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive and collaborative environment while working on innovative projects. Main Responsibilities

Take off and procurement of materials Take off and procurement of subcontractor packages Compare and analyze subcontractor tender returns and issue recommendations to the commercial manager. Compile, issue, and agree estimates with the design team Manage subcontractor inquiries, including valuations, payment certificates, etc. Compile, issue, and agree monthly client valuations and accounts. Compile monthly cost reports for the commercial manager Attend design team meetings Visit site to capture variations, ensuring CVIs are captured and monitor working sequence Assist with the compilation of extension of time claims Main Requirements

HNC in construction or relevant degree level qualification Good understanding of commercial and residential construction Minimum 5 years experience as a QS for a main contractor
