Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Maidenhead Salary: Up to £75,000 (Negotiable) + Benefits (including car allowance) We are a well-established main contractor based in Maidenhead, specialising in residential projects, including conversions and new builds. We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. About the Role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will primarily work on exciting projects involving the conversion of offices into residential properties. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional or a Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities: Managing the financial aspects of projects from inception to completion. Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation. Evaluating and negotiating contracts. Monitoring costs during the project lifecycle to ensure they stay within budget. Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with residential project experience. Strong knowledge of building regulations, construction methods, and contracts. Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Relevant degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
