Hertfordshire A leading, highly reputable Main Contractor that undertakes a range of projects within multiple sectors has an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, working on retail and commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects. The company has been around for a very long time and has a great reputation within the industry. They turnover circa £50m and deliver projects in London, as well as the Home Counties. They carry out a range of work including new build, internal and external refurbishments, fit-out, and alteration projects, between £100,000 and £8m in value, with a range of public and private clients. They have a number of specialist divisions within the business focusing on specific sectors. They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their retail and commercial division which undertakes projects from £500k to £5m in value; commercial and retail refurbishment and fit-out projects. They are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with experience working on retail/commercial refurbishment projects; shell and core, cut and carve projects for shopping malls, commercial offices, etc. up to £5m in value.
