The assignments are construction projects of significant value and include elements such as M & E, Transportation, and Assembly. The company is looking for a proactive Quantity Surveyor who is strong in contract law, a seasoned man-manager (or someone with that potential), and is looking for their next career move; does this sound like you? Reporting to the Head of Commercial, the role will be responsible for the conception to completion of the commercial management associated with the company's products and projects. This will include quantity surveying, cost analysis, supply chain development, and assisting the purchasing team to secure long-term and profitable agreements in line with business goals and commercial targets. In summary, we are looking for a Senior QS who is a positive and influential leader who can manage the Commercial Management activities of major projects circa £250 million. The company is located just off the M5 close to the desirable town of Cheltenham Spa.
