Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Management: Accurately assess and control project costs, ensuring alignment with client budgets.
- Project Valuations: Conduct valuations and manage applications for payment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Change Order Pricing: Price and manage any changes in project scope, maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
- Subcontractor Engagement: Prepare orders, manage subcontractor relationships, and handle associated paperwork.
- Client Billing: Prepare and submit applications for client payments, ensuring all requirements are met under JCT contract terms.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks in collaboration with the project management team.
- Client Liaison: Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients, fostering a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Budget Tracking: Create and monitor project budgets, working to ensure cost control throughout.
