Blue Water Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveyor to work on a large new build commercial project in Cardiff.
Responsibilities:
Communicate and liaise with M&E sub-contractors.
Advise on contractual issues.
Ensure commercial compliance of current contracts, protecting the position of the company.
Assist senior staff in pricing variations.
Support the Commercial Department with monthly project cost reports and progress reports.
Quantity take-off.
Preparation of monthly reports as required.
Assist with monthly work in progress reports in conjunction with Commercial Manager / Project Director.
Key Details:
Minimum BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Previous NEC contract experience (NEC3 or NEC4 option C)
Salary:
