Sub-contract Procurement Tender and budget analysis Cost appraisals and pre-start meetings Formalise sub-contract orders – issue on Docusign Process Sub-contractor applications and invoices Negotiate and agree sub-contract Variations Manage sub-contract collateral warranties for clients and tenants Measure and cost labour only packages Book in weekly labour only packages Swift conclusion to sub-contract accounts Agree monthly Client Valuations Price and agree any Client VO’s Issue any notifications of delay to the client team Prepare any extension of time claims to the client team Swiftly conclude the final account with the client team Conversant in JCT contracts Keen focus on Value Engineering from start to finish of projects Develop strong relationships with the client team and the sub-contractors Mainly office-based with site visits as required.
